bowl of Special K w/ 2% milk
Dole pineapple fruit cup (8oz) 140 calories; Pro 1; carb 36; fat 0; fiber 1
Lunch:
1 cup of slice turkey and gravy over 1 cup of rice
1/2 cup of cucumber
10 baby carrots
Snacks:
1/2 cup of mixed nuts
