Breakfast: 
bowl of Special K with 2% milk 3/4 cup of cottage cheese
Lunch: 
10 buffalo chicken wings
Snacks: 
25 ranch wheat thins
Dinner: 
1/2 italian hoagie
Personal Notes: 
really bad eating day
