My Notes: 
20 oz water. Bad food day. Lots of running around and didn't take too much time to eat.
Workout: 
Harvested my garlic and replanted.
Breakfast: 
2 coffee, FF Vanilla creamer
Lunch: 
Noodles & Company - linguini w/ chicken & veggies, Caesar salad
Snacks: 
Went to a bar for beers & dice with friends, cheese curds
Dinner: 
Taco Bell - gordida. too many beers
