40 oz water. Officially on vacation as of 5:00 pm. Yea!!
Workout: 
none
Breakfast: 
1 c Go Lean Cereal, 1/2 c skim milk
Lunch: 
3 oz grilled salmon, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, 1/2 c LF cottage cheese
Snacks: 
banana
Dinner: 
3 slices pizza
Personal Notes: 
It may not be a pretty food picture. Nothing really set for plans this week. Getting ready for big party on Sat.
