2 sl Flax & Fiber toast, 2 T peanut butter, 1 c skim milk, coffee, vanilla creamer
Lunch: 
late breakfast. Shopping.
Dinner: 
5 oz grilled salmon, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, wild rice
