Breakfast: 
1 c Go Lean Cereal, 1/2 c skim milk
Lunch: 
3 oz tuna, 1 T FF mayo, 15 TLC crackers 10 baby carrots, 1 T FF veggie dip 1/2 c LF cottage cheese
Snacks: 
20 green grapes
Dinner: 
Dinner at Katie's - way too many of good foods. wine, margaritas
Personal Notes: 
Going crazy at work. Very busy and stressful. Katie had a Lia Sophia party. Then over to Heidi's for margaritas.
