I want to loose 35 pounds

My Notes: 
Weigh in day - down 1 lb, total 15 lost. 40 oz water.
Workout: 
20 min treadmill
Breakfast: 
1 c Go Lean Cereal, 1/2 c skim milk
Lunch: 
chicken wild rice soup w/ onions, mushrooms and carrots added, 1/2 c LF cottage cheese
Snacks: 
20 green grapes
Dinner: 
3 pieces pizza, 1 beer, 2 cookies
Personal Notes: 
Very stressed at work.
