I want to loose 35 pounds

Still bad weekend. 60 oz
Workout: 
none
Breakfast: 
1 c Go Lean Cereal, 1/2 c skim milk, 1 string cheese
Lunch: 
Went out. chicken wings, cheese curds, lite beer
Snacks: 
Yes!
Dinner: 
brat, bun, potato salad, choc chip cookie
Personal Notes: 
Enough of this eating! Time to knock off this nasty eating. Just a few days of eating badly makes me feel terrible. It will take me til my weigh in to get these pounds back off again. I have to behave myself better on the weekends or I won't keep my weight off.
