My Notes: 
50 oz water. Lia Sophia party so snack foods for dinner.
Workout: 
none. Cleaning house for my party.
Breakfast: 
1 c Go Lean Cereral, 1/2 c skim milk
Lunch: 
3 oz grilled chicken, 2 slice Flax & Fiber bread, 1 T FF mayo, V8 juice, 1 string cheese 6 oz ww yogurt, 2 T vanilla almong granola
Snacks: 
20 green grapes
Dinner: 
meatballs, seafood dip, crackers, taco dip & tostados, choc chip cookie, vodka coolers
Personal Notes: 
Not sure what this weekend will bring. No set plans so that could be dangerous.
