I want to loose 35 pounds

My Notes: 
Weigh in day - lost the few pounds I'd gainedover the weekend from parties so I have no extra loss this week. Still 15 lbs down. 60 oz water.
Workout: 
none
Breakfast: 
1 c Go Lean Crunch, 1/2 c skim milk
Lunch: 
3 oz grilled chicken, 1/2 c LF cottage cheese V8 juice
Snacks: 
20 green grapes
Dinner: 
garlic shrimp, fried rice, choc chip cookie
Personal Notes: 
Left over Chinese. I can't let my husband pcik out supper any more. He brings home the whole restaurant. LOL!
