My Notes: 
50 oz water. Got home late again. Baked cookies for party.
Workout: 
over slept
Breakfast: 
1 c Go Lean Cereal, 1/2 c skim milk
Lunch: 
3 oz grilled chicken, 2 slice Flax & Fiber bread, 1 T FF mayo, 1/2 c LF cottage cheese, V8 juice
Snacks: 
20 green grapes, 2 choc chip cookies
Dinner: 
garlic shrimp, fried rice, egg roll, crab rangoon
