50 oz water. Got home late. Light supper.
Workout: 
20 min treadmill
Breakfast: 
Go Lean Crunch, skim milk
Lunch: 
3 oz grilled chicken, 1/2 c LF cottage cheese 3 strawberries V8 juice
Dinner: 
2 oz chicken, 1 T FF mayo, 15 TLC crackers
