My Notes: 
60 oz water. Back in the swing.
Workout: 
20 min treadmill
Breakfast: 
1 c Go Lean Cereal, 1/2 c skim milk
Lunch: 
3 oz grilled salmon, grilled potatoes, onions, carrots, zucchini, 1/2 c LF cottage cheese
Snacks: 
20 green grapes, 15 almonds
Dinner: 
4 oz grilled chicken, grilled potatoes, onions, carrots, zucchini, lettuce salad, 2 T FF french dressing
