40 oz water. Last day of a long holiday weekend. Too many naughty foods.
Workout: 
none
Breakfast: 
2 coffees, FF french vanilla creamer, 1 c Go Lean Crunch, skim milk
Lunch: 
shrimp dip, crackers, vodka & lemonade
Dinner: 
4 oz grilled salmon, grilled potatoes, onions, carrots, zucchini, lettuce salad, 2 T FF french dressing
