My Notes: 
40 oz water. I hate holiday weekends, especially long ones. Out of control and ate whatever. Time to get back on track. We'll see what this last day of the weekend will bring.

Breakfast: 
2 coffees, FF french vanilla creamer
Lunch: 
6 oz ww yogurt
Snacks: 
chips, pretzels, dip
Dinner: 
grilled pork chops, potato salad, beans, deviled eggs, beer
Personal Notes: 
I am going to pay from this weekend but that's ok. We had fun.
