5 oz grilled chicken, 1/2 c LF cottage cheese, green grapes
Snacks: 
10 baby carrots, 1 T FF veggie dip, green grapes
Dinner: 
KFC, chicken strips, cole slaw, potatoes & gravy, bisquit
