My Notes: 
60 oz water
Workout: 
20 min treadmill
Breakfast: 
1 c Go Lean Crunch, 1/2 c skim milk
Lunch: 
3 oz chicken, 1 T FF mayo, 15 TLC crackers, 1/2 c LF cottage cheese
Snacks: 
10 baby carrots, 1 T FF veggie dip, banana
Dinner: 
2 oz grilled chicken, 2 oz grilled pork loin, mixed veggies, potatoes & onions
