1 c Go Lean Crunch, 1/2 c skim milk
Lunch: 
3 oz chicken, 1 T FF mayo, 15 TLC crackers, 1/2 c LF cottage cheese
Snacks: 
10 baby carrots, 1 T FF veggie dip, chex mix
Dinner: 
4 oz grilled pork loin, broccoli au gratin rice, lettuce salad, 1 T FF french dressing, grasshopper
