My Notes: 
Getting ready for rummage sale, 60 oz water
Workout: 
20 min treadmill
Breakfast: 
1 c Go Lean Cereal, 1/2 c skim milk
Lunch: 
3 oz chicken, 1 T FF mayo, 15 TLC crackers, 6 oz ww yogurt, 2 T vanilla granola, 1/2 c LF cottage cheese
Snacks: 
10 baby carrots, 1 T FF veggie dip
Dinner: 
McDonalds - 1/4 lb w/ cheese, FF
