Workout: 
20 min treadmill
Breakfast: 
Go Lean Crunch, skim milk, 1 string cheese
Lunch: 
3 oz grilled chicken, green & yellow beans 6 oz ww yogurt, 2 T vanilla granola
Snacks: 
20 grapes
Dinner: 
Chinese shrimp, white rice, 2 crag rangoon
