My Notes: 
60 oz water
Workout: 
20 min treadmill
Breakfast: 
1 c Go Lean Crunch, 1/2 c skim milk
Lunch: 
chicken salad, 1 T FF mayo, 15 TLC crackers, 10 baby carrots, 2 T FF veggie dip, 1/2 c LF cottage cheese, 1 string cheese
Snacks: 
I eat lunch at my desk so my meal ends up taking 2 hours so some of that could be considered my snacks.
Dinner: 
Wendy's chicken sandwich, lettuce salad, ranch dressing
