50 oz water. Elyse started drivers ed. May have quick suppers for the next 3 weeks if out of time.
Workout: 
none
Breakfast: 
1 c Go Lean Cereal, 1/2 c skim milk
Lunch: 
3 oz prime rib, 2 shrimp, 1/2 c LF cottage cheese, 6 oz ww yogurt
Snacks: 
15 baby carrots, 2 T FF veggie dip, 15 almonds
Dinner: 
left over beef stew

Last day of school.
