50 oz water. Stormed all day. Not a lot of energy.

Breakfast:
6 oz ww yogurt,
2 T vanilla almong granola,
2 c coffee,
6 T FF vanilla creamer
Lunch:
3 left over shrimp,
1 c LF cottage cheese
Dinner:
beef pot roast,
potatoes,
carrots,
onions,
gravy
