My Notes: 
40 oz water. Busy in garden. Didn't have much for snacks.
Workout: 
none
Breakfast: 
6 oz ww yogurt, 2 T vanilla almong granola, 2 c coffee, 6 T FF vanilla creamer
Lunch: 
2 sloppy joes on buns
Snacks: 
1 string cheese
Dinner: 
4 oz prime rib, garlic mashed potatoes, 3 deep fried shrimp, baked french onion soup, brandy & water
