My Notes: 
50 oz water. Too busy at work for lunch. Lacking in veggies big time.
Workout: 
none
Breakfast: 
3 buttermilk pancakes, 6 T lite syrup, 8 oz skim milk
Lunch: 
15 green grapes banana
Dinner: 
3 oz chicken, 2 slices Flax & Fiber Bread, 1 T FF mayo, 1/2 c LF cottage cheese, 6 oz ww yogurt, 2 T vanilla almong granola
