I want to loose 35 pounds

My Notes: 
60 oz water. Weigh in day - down 1 lb / Total of 12 lbs down. Finally lost these 2 lbs I gain from 2 bad weeks in a row. At least I'm going the right direction again!
Workout: 
20 mi treadmill
Breakfast: 
1 c Go Lean Crunch, 1/2 c skim milk, 6 oz OJ
Lunch: 
6 oz ww yogurt, 2 T vanilla granola, 1/2 c LF cottage cheese, 3 oz chicken, brussel sprouts, carrots, 1/4 broccoli au gratin rice
Snacks: 
1 string cheese
Dinner: 
3 oz chicken, 2 slices Flax & Fiber Bread, 1 T FF mayo
