Lunch:
6 oz ww yogurt,
1/2 c LF cottage cheese,
2 c homemade chicken noodle soup
Snacks:
20 multi grain crackers,
crab dip
Dinner:
lite kielbasa,
baby carrots,
sliced potatoes
