50 oz water. Once again too busy at work & ate what I could.
Workout: 
over slept
Breakfast: 
1 c Go Lean Cereal, 1/2 c skim milk
Lunch: 
6 oz ww yogurt banana
Snacks: 
20 multi grain crackers, crab dip
Dinner: 
3 oz grilled chicken, 1 c mixed veggies, 1/4 c broccoli au gratin rice
