I want to loose 35 pounds

My Notes: 
60 oz water. Very busy at work and by the time I had time to eat lunch, it was almost time to go home.
Workout: 
20 min treadmill
Breakfast: 
2 crumpets, 2 T LF cream cheese 8 oz OJ
Lunch: 
too busy to eat
Snacks: 
20 almonds, 1 c LF cottage cheese
Dinner: 
4 oz grilled chicken, 2 c mixed veggies, 1 c broccoli au gratin rice
