Breakfast:
1 c Go Lean Crunch,
1/2 c skim milk
Lunch:
Arby's - Dr Pepper,
Med roast beef sandwich,
med curley fries
Dinner:
1 cheeseburger,
1 bun,
1/2 c pork & beans,
lettuce salad,
2 T FF french dressing,
2 beers
