My Notes: 
Uncle Howard's visitation. No time to eat supper. 40 oz water.
Workout: 
20 min treadmill
Breakfast: 
2 pancakes, 6 T lite syrup, 1 c skim milk
Lunch: 
Retirement party at work. Too much food. I didn't over endulge. I could have very easily.
Snacks: 
At 9:00 after I got home from visitation. 1 string cheese, 15 TLC crackers, 3 oz tuna, 1 T FF mayo
Dinner: 
none
