Weigh in day - down 1 lb. Down total of 11 lbs. Busy day. 50 oz water.
Workout: 
20 min treadmill
Breakfast: 
1 c Go Lean Cereal, 1/2 c skim milk
Lunch: 
homemade chicken noodle soup, 1/2 c LF cottage cheese
Dinner: 
homemade chicken noodle soup, 1 beer
