Workout: 
20 min treadmill
Breakfast: 
1 c Go Lean Crunch, 1/2 c skim milk, 1/2 c LF cottage cheese
Lunch: 
3 oz pork loin, onions, potatoes, asparagus, 6 oz ww yogurt, 2 T vanilla granola
Snacks: 
10 baby carrots, 2 T FF ranch veggie dip, banana
Dinner: 
5 oz ribeye, 2 c lettuce salad, 2 T FF french dressing, 1/2 c sour cream & chives potatoes
