Bad weekend. Too much food, snacks and drinks.
Workout: 
none
Breakfast: 
2 coffee, 6 T FF vanilla creamer 6 oz ww fruit yogurt, 1 T vanilla granola
Lunch: 
Taste tested salads for party.
Snacks: 
1 string cheese
Dinner: 
Cookout out at neighbors. Too much to eat. Not a lot of good choices to pick from.
