My Notes: 
Late night. Not hungry. Out of town. 40 oz water
Workout: 
over slept
Breakfast: 
2 pancakes, 6 T lite syrup, 1/2 c skim milk
Lunch: 
1/2 c cottage cheese, 6 oz ww yogurt, 1 T vanilla granola, 1 string cheese
Snacks: 
15 baby carrots, 2 T FF veggie dip
Dinner: 
2 factory tortillas, 2 T FF mayo, 10 sl deli thin turkey
