Weigh in Day - down another pound. 11 pounds total so far! 50 oz water
Workout: 
none
Breakfast: 
1 c Go Lean Cereal, 1/2 c skim milk, 1/2 c OJ
Lunch: 
2 low carb tortillas. 2 T FF mayo, 10 thin slices deli ham, alfalfa sprouts
Snacks: 
15 green grapes, 20 almonds
Dinner: 
4 oz grilled pork loin, 1 c long grain wild rice, 2/3 can asparagus
