Had Faith Formation dinner. No control of the meal. Not to far off target. Very good.
Workout:
none
Breakfast:
1 c Go Lean Cereal,
1/2 c skim milk,
1 string cheese
Lunch:
2 c lettuce,
2 T FF ranch dressing,
3 oz chicken,
6 oz ww yogurt,
2 T vanilla almond granola
Snacks:
15 green grapes,
banana
Dinner:
3 oz chicken,
mixed veggies,
garlic red mashed potatoes,
lettuce salad w/ strawberry dressing,
orange sherbet pie
