Workout: 
20 min treadmill
Breakfast: 
fast for bloodwork
Lunch: 
2 c lettuce, 2 T FF ranch dressing, 4 oz grilled chicken, 1/2 c LF cottage cheese
Snacks: 
6 oz ww yogurt, 2 T vanilla almong granola, 15 green grapes
Dinner: 
2 slices Flax & Fiber Bread, 4 oz grilled chicken, 1 T FF mayo, 6 oz ww yogurt, 2 T vanilla almong granola
Personal Notes: 
My cousin, Ericka started Chemo today.
