20 min treadmill
Breakfast: 
Go Lean Crunch, skim milk
Lunch: 
2 low carb tortillas, 2 T FF mayo, 10 deli thin slices ham, 1/2 c LF cottage cheese, 10 baby carrots, 2 T FF ranch veggie dip
Snacks: 
15 green grapes, 6 oz ww yogurt
Dinner: 
4 oz grilled chicken breast, 1 c mixed veggies, 6 strawberries
