Running around so no time to get in all my snacks.
Workout: 
none
Breakfast: 
2 c coffee, 6 T FF vanilla creamer, 1 c Go Lean, 1/2 c skim milk
Lunch: 
1 LF green onion tortilla, 2 oz imitation crab, 1 T FF mayo
Snacks: 
1 string cheese, Brandy, Kahlua and cream after dinner drink
Dinner: 
4 oz sirloin tip roast, 2 c mixed veggies, 1/2 c mashed potatoes, 1 t butter
