Not a good day for food. Went shopping for about 4 hours
Workout: 
none but shopping. Lots of walking.
Breakfast: 
1/2 c LF cottage cheese, 2 c coffee, 6 T FF vanilla creamer
Lunch: 
CA Grilled Shrimp Salad - Applebee's
Snacks: 
20 almonds
Dinner: 
2 sloppy Joe's w/ 2 buns, 10 tatar tots
