I want to loose 35 pounds

Workout: 
20 mi treadmill
Breakfast: 
1 pancake, 2 T syrup, 1 c skim milk, 6 oz ww yogurt, 2 T vanilla granola
Lunch: 
6 oz ww yogurt 2 T french vanilla granola, 2 c homemade chicken noodle soup, 1/2 c LF cottage cheese
Snacks: 
6 strawberries
Dinner: 
2 pieces fish fry, hash browns w/ cheese & onions, tartar sauce
Personal Notes: 
My husband brought home fish fry. At least I didn't eat the whole thing like I would have in the past.
