10# down and lost 6". 50 oz water
Workout: 
20 min treadmill
Breakfast: 
1 c Go Lean Cereal, 1/2 c skim milk, 1/2 c OJ
Lunch: 
1 low carb wheat tortilla, 1 T FF mayo, 6 slices deli turkey, alfalfa sprouts, 15 green grapes
Snacks: 
20 baby carrots, 2 T FF ranch veggie dip, 1/2 c LF cottage cheese
Dinner: 
4 oz chicken, 1 c broccoli, 1 c cauliflower, 8 baby carrots, 6 strawberries, 1/2 c au gratin potatoes

Still battling my cold.
