Workout:
20 Min on treadmill
Breakfast:
Go Lean Crunch cereal, skim milk
Lunch:
lettuce salad, ff dressing, turkey
Snacks:
yogurt, van granola, green grapes, LF cottage cheese
Dinner:
turkey, 2 sl shole grain bread, ff mayo. asparagus
Personal Notes:
water - 64 oz
