My Notes: 
I just actually got started today.
Workout: 
5:00 AM - walk 20 minutes on treadmill - 2 C water
Breakfast: 
1/2 C Cheerios, skim mozerella cheese, 2 C water
Lunch: 
1/2 lean sloppy joe sandwich, raw celery and carrots - 2 C water
Dinner: 
Small serving Spaghetti w/ meatsauce, celery sticks, ww toast
Personal Notes: 
This was a good day for me. I do believe the early exercise helped tremendously.
