Lunch: 
1/2 egg sald sandwich on whole grain bread and 1/2 cup applesauce. 2 glasses of water
Snacks: 
granola bar and 2 glasses of water
Dinner: 
4oz Salmon filet and 1/2 cup potato salad 6 raw carrots and 2 glasses of water
