To lose at least 95 lbs and get rid of type II diabetes

Workout:
put garden wagon together and spread some spanish tiles
Breakfast:
4 slices bacon, wheat toast with crunchy peanutbutter
Lunch:
1/2 of a huge stromboli, 5 fries, 1 1/2 diet cokes
Snacks:
carmel mini rice cakes (2 handfulls)
Dinner:
Chile's mushroom fajita (just the chicken, mushrooms , a couple pinches of cheese and a little sourcream and a little of the onions)
Personal Notes:
I have been really bad for a few weeks and have not been able to get back on track. My mother passed away in Feb and mother's day hit me really hard. I have determined today that I've been reallly depressed and I 'm going to check into getting counseling on Tues...been in counseling before but I'm going to go to a center that my daughter uses for bipolar.
