My ultimate goal is to get down to 175 lbs. For now I will settle for getting down to 200 lbs.

My Notes: 
I bought healthier stuff today now if I can just eat them. It is hard to let go of the crap and eat what is good for you.
Workout: 
worked outside, mowed the lawn, picked up rocks,
Breakfast: 
2 eggs fried w/butter, oj, 1 piece of toast w/butter
Lunch: 
spagetti-2 helpings
