Lunch:
McDonalds Southern Style Chicken 400 cal.
Snacks:
mixed fruit 100 cal.
Dinner:
sirloin burger 500 cal, lo fat bun 80 cal, tomato & o nion 30 cal, mushroon soup 250 cal = 860 cal.
