Weigh In 215 lost 3 lbs. If you get right back on the horse after a splurge I guess it saves you.
Workout:
Stretching
Breakfast:
Special K Bar 90 cal.
Lunch:
2 Tacos 400 cal.
Snacks:
Quaker Bar 100 cal, sherbert 150 cal.
Dinner:
chili 520 cal, lo fat hot dog 40 cal, lo fat whole wheat bun 80 cal, onions, radishes, olives 40 cal = 680 cal.

64 oz water, 24 oz Diet Pepsi
